Hiring for a Director/Senior Director – Presales (BankTech) for a leading BankTech SaaS Mobile App platform provider.

They partner with our clients in their digital transformation journey, delivering best-in-class UX and innovative new services built on a secure, scalable digital platform. Our client is the currently the partner of choice for several top banks for their digital banking needs.

Title / Designation: Director/Senior Director – Presales (BankTech)
Reporting Manager: Head of Product Management & Pre-Sales
Location: Dubai / Remote

Role & responsibilities:

  1. Provide thought leadership for technology/consulting relating to digital applications and related technologies.
  2. Ability to listen and comprehend a business problem and develop/articulate the technology solution. While this role requires a strong business understanding, it does require technology knowledge to bring the business and technology components together to form a solution.
  3. Attend meetings with potential Clients and Channel Partners to determine requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
  4. Responsible for actively driving and managing the presales process with direct and channel customers. He/ she must be able to articulate the company’s capabilities and solutions, positioning to both business and technical users.
  5. Experience in working with key stakeholders in the Company to progress an opportunity. This includes close alignment with Sales, Product Management and Delivery.
  6. To build productive relationships by responding to all the queries and requirements posted by clients.
  7. Should be able to create proposals that articulate with value proposition, solution to the requirements from the client and our approach to delivering the solution.
  8. Provide accurate and timely management information, to include activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs.
  9. Possess an understanding of sales methodologies and should be able to apply them in a sales situation.
  10. The ability to create Solution documentation alongside of a Statement of Work as part of the transition from Sales/Presales to Delivery.

Candidate requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in end-to-end presales with rich experience Banking Domain Products & Solutions Expertise with digital trends in the market.
  2. Expertise in crafting compelling proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and presentations for Digital Tech / BankTech solutions.
  3. Experience in coordinating and maintaining excellent relationships with Sales Team/Stakeholders.
  4. Good to have - Banking Domain Products & Solutions expertise.
  5. Masters/bachelor’s in management or relevant field.
  6. Experience in using digital technologies to solve business problems.
