About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Director to join the Legal department within Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and managing legal disputes, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements, including vendor agreements, partnerships, and client contracts.
  • Providing legal support for real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, advising on regulatory matters, and developing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Managing intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and licensing agreements, and assessing legal risks.
  • Overseeing corporate governance, including board meetings, governance policies, and regulatory compliance.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 10 years of post-qualification legal experience with leadership responsibilities.
  • Senior experience in an in-house legal role within an international luxury hospitality company or a recognized multinational organization.
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions, especially in the Middle East and Asia, with a solid understanding of legal and jurisdictional differences.
