Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director to lead thought leadership within the BTI group, influencing clients globally through in-person and virtual engagements. The role requires executive presence and a proven track record in IT strategy and transformation.

You will mentor junior colleagues, drive innovative research, and collaborate across multinational teams to deliver high-impact insights and presentations at Gartner events and client briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
• 12 years of relevant field or industry experience.
• Experience leading enterprise IT strategy and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative insights content for Gartner clients and events.
• Develop new insights and actionable approaches addressing client needs.
