WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director – Infrastructure Project Delivery to lead major delivery programs in the Middle East.

You will define strategies, manage multidisciplinary teams, and coordinate with authorities to ensure on‑time, within‑budget project completion across roads, utilities and master‑development infrastructure. You will oversee procurement, design changes, risk mitigation and performance dashboards, driving continuous improvement and effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Professional engineering registration and/or PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of infrastructure design, contract administration, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement infrastructure project delivery strategies and governance.
• Lead projects through procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with authorities and utility providers.
• Maintain integrated schedules, budgets, cash‑flow forecasts, risk registers and dashboards.
• Oversee reviews, value engineering and design changes to ensure buildable, compliant solutions.
• Manage procurement, contracts, variations, and commercial close‑out per authority rules.
• Establish authority approvals strategy and ensure timely submissions and clear records.
• Chair coordination meetings, workshops, and site inspections with timely action closures.
