We are currently hiring a Senior HR Director for one of our clients based in Abu Dhabi.

About the Role :

We are hiring a dynamic and passionate Senior HR a client based in Abu Dhabi. This strategic position will oversee HR operations across UAE, KSA, Egypt, and Jordan, playing a key role in shaping and driving our people agenda across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking HR leader who is not only experienced but also hungry to grow the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the HR function across UAE, KSA, Egypt, and Jordan.
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, frameworks, and policies from the ground up.
• Work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
• Foster a high-performance culture across all business units and countries.
• Mentor and lead HR teams, including managing HR Manager.
• Drive organizational development, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Partner with senior executives to support business growth and transformation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and local HR regulations across all jurisdictions.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• 5 to 7 years of experience as an HR Director, preferably at group or regional level.
• Proven track record of building HR policies and driving organizational change.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
• Demonstrates clear vision, ambition, and leadership.
• Passionate about HR and people development.
• Aspires to grow into a CHRO role within the next 5 years.
• Strong cross-cultural awareness and experience working across the GCC and MENA regions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the tech sector is a plus, though not mandatory.
