About The Role

The Trade Desk is seeking a senior sales leader to expand our presence in the MENA region, with an initial focus on significantly growing the export business across several verticals, including large government, airlines, travel, and tourism clients.

This is a highly entrepreneurial, strategic, and commercially driven role where you will be responsible for hunting new business while fostering long-term strategic partnerships with both agencies and direct clients.

You will serve as a consultative partner, helping brands and agencies navigate the evolving advertising landscape, solve major challenges, and unlock new opportunities through data-driven media strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business growth: Proactively identify, engage, and close deals with major advertisers in government, travel, and tourism sectors. Build a significant book of business that will stimulate the next generation of growth.
  • Be a consultative advisor: Act as a trusted partner to brands and agencies, helping them solve complex business challenges through data-driven marketing and programmatic advertising.
  • Own high-level executive relationships: Build deep partnerships with CMOs, marketing leaders, and senior decision-makers at government entities, airlines, tourism boards, and major advertisers and their agencies.
  • Develop strategic partnerships: Work together with media agencies while expanding direct client engagements in the region and you will be working with agency planning teams to ensure that client activity is locked and delivered.
  • Sell complex solutions with clarity: Translate programmatic advertising and data-driven marketing opportunities into simple, compelling, and high-impact value propositions.
  • Operate with ruthless prioritization: Balance strategic long-term thinking with immediate execution, ensuring focus is placed on high-impact opportunities.
  • Navigate complex, breakdown institutionalized environments: Work through multi-layered, traditional structures to unlock new opportunities.
  • Negotiate at the highest levels: Lead high-stakes negotiations in complex stakeholder environments, securing large-scale advertising partnerships with both agencies and large clients.
  • Represent TTD on a global and regional stage: Speak at industry events and advocate for the adoption of advanced digital advertising solutions in challenging markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Partner with product, marketing, legal, and operations teams to optimize efforts and ensure seamless execution of deals.

Who You Are
  • Professional English language required & Arabic-speaking strongly preferred.
  • A highly strategic, senior sales leader with a strong track record in media tech, ad tech, digital advertising, with strong consultative sales experience.
  • You are driven, are hungry for success, but humble in your approach.
  • A consultative problem-solver with the ability to help clients navigate complex advertising and business challenges.
  • Expert in media & advertising, with the ability to simplify and sell complex data-driven solutions to both C-level executives and hands-on keyboard teams with fluidity.
  • A relentless hunter who excels at opening doors and securing high-value partnerships while maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Exceptional negotiator able to secure major deals in complex stakeholder environments and navigate institutionalized challenges.
  • Deeply connected in MENA, bringing established senior executive relationships across government, airline, travel, & tourism sectors initially.
  • A strategic executor, able to balance long-term vision with ruthless prioritization and immediate impact.
  • Resilient and tenacious, thrives in high-pressure, competitive environments where challenging the status quo is the norm.
  • Experienced in working in matrix, global organizations and building advocacy for the region and commitment from various stakeholders internally.
