Job summary

THA by ARMONIA in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Senior Director to lead end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale multi-venue meg events. You will personally develop masterplans, zoning, layouts and visitor journeys, while coordinating a multidisciplinary team to keep delivery on track.

The role requires senior-level client engagement and integrates marketing, sponsorship, talent, media and operations into a single coherent site plan.

Qualifications

• Senior Director grade with minimum 12 years relevant experience.
• At least two complete delivery cycles of mega events (mega-event, multi-venue, mega sporting event).

Job Description

• Leads end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale, multi-venue mega events. You’ll turn the client’s high-level vision into a full implementation plan for each event cycle, covering venue footprint, infrastructure, resources and timelines.


• Heads a large multidisciplinary planning team: allocating design, drafting and F&B planning work, keeping delivery on track, and acting as the client’s single point of accountability for performance and output.


• This is a hands‑on producing role. You’ll personally develop masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts and end-to-end visitor journeys, not just oversee them.


• Runs needs assessments, feasibility and validation studies, and benchmarks against comparable global events to shape the best solution for each site.


• Works as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership, integrating requirements from marketing, sponsorship, talent, media and operations into one coherent site plan.

• Senior Director grade, with a minimum of 12 years relevant experience


• At least two complete delivery cycles of events of comparable scale (mega-event, multi-venue, Mega sporting event )


• Venue master planning, zoning, dimensioned layouts and end-to-end visitor journeys produced personally


• Stakeholder integration across marketing, sponsorships, influencers and players

• Long term contract 14 - 17 months
