This role will lead the Bank's Generative AI (GenAI) analytics initiatives, utilizing advanced data techniques to inform business decisions and foster innovation.

This position involves developing and executing the strategy for GenAI-based analytics initiatives, ensuring the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovation, improve processes, and optimize data use. The role requires close collaboration with business units, IT, and leadership to align initiatives with the Bank’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop strategy: Create and drive the execution of the Bank's enterprise-wide GenAI strategic plan, aligned with the organization’s overall strategy.
2. Build capabilities: Define and oversee the necessary components of GenAI, including identifying opportunities, designing, developing, deploying advanced solutions, and adopting new technologies.
3. Identify opportunities: Collaborate with business units to identify analytics opportunities that can produce significant business impact.
4. Ensure data integrity: Work with ITD, compliance, and relevant teams to ensure data assets are secure, high-quality, and used responsibly for GenAI applications.
5. Integrate with digital systems: Coordinate with the Digital Service team to ensure GenAI solutions are effectively implemented and integrated with AIIB’s digital systems and data infrastructure.
6. Drive adoption: Promote the use of GenAI applications across the Bank through training and upskilling staff in digital capabilities.
7. Stay updated on trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and data science, and introduce relevant innovations to the Bank as a subject matter expert.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in data analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation roles, with at least 3 years in Generative AI applications.
2. Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, Business Analytics, or related fields; candidates with a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience may be considered.
3. Proven experience in designing and deploying AI-powered analytics solutions in enterprise environments.
4. Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, cloud-based AI services, and big data platforms.
5. Hands-on experience with GenAI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama) and AI automation tools is preferred.
6. Familiarity with AI ethics, model interpretability, and responsible AI principles.
7. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex AI projects.
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, proficient in English.
9. Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying updated with industry advancements.
10. Ability to articulate technology value to business stakeholders and work within a governed environment.
