Qualifications

7+ years of experience in digital product, technical project delivery, or software delivery.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, backlog management, and Azure DevOps.
Technical experience in development or testing is an advantage.
Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Translate product strategy and business requirements into digital solutions and customer journeys.
Define functional specs, workflows, use cases, interfaces, and acceptance criteria.
Gather and translate business requirements into actionable software requirements.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog aligned with the roadmap.
Ensure backlog items are completed within each sprint; contribute to planning, refinement, and demos.
Identify technology opportunities that support business goals; collaborate across stakeholders.
