AVVA BEAUTY SALON LLC is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing professional to lead social media growth, content planning, and multi-platform campaigns in a Dubai-based role. You will manage paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok, analyze performance, and create engaging creative assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5–10 years of digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media analytics.
• Skills in Canva, graphic design, and basic video editing.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, paid advertising, and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing multiple brands is an advantage; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Develop content calendars and create engaging posts, Reels, Stories and promotional materials.
• Plan, manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate photoshoots, video production and digital content creation.
• Support website updates, SEO and online lead generation.
