As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who aligns with our bold vision and mission.

This role involves managing our marketing strategies, objectives, and expanding online sales. The ideal candidate will implement strategies, expand our online presence, and maximize sales across channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Planning :
    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and paid ads.
    • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget adjustments.
    • Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing initiatives.
  2. Social Media Marketing & Content :
    • Develop and maintain content calendars for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter.
    • Track social media KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Grow brand reach, influence, and sales, generating leads and subscribers.
    • Collaborate with designers to ensure visual consistency reflecting the brand's mission and vision.
    • Create compelling content for emails, website, and social media.
    • Ensure all marketing copy aligns with brand voice and messaging.
    • Work with designers and video editors for high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
  3. Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Ads) :
    • Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads; knowledge of LinkedIn and TikTok Ads is a plus.
    • Conduct keyword research, target audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
    • Analyze ad performance, adjust budgets, and improve campaigns.
    • Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies.
  4. WhatsApp Business Management :
    • Manage WhatsApp funnels and strategies, linking with landing pages.
    • Execute sales campaigns over WhatsApp for different markets and customer profiles.
    • Set and achieve sales targets for WhatsApp.
  5. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing :
    • Design and run email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, nurturing).
    • Use automation tools like Zoho CRM for personalized sequences and segmentation.
    • Monitor open rates, CTRs, and conversions to optimize performance.
  6. Collaboration & Innovation :
    • Work with creative teams to produce digital assets.
    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Experiment with new techniques to enhance visibility and customer acquisition.
  7. Analytics & Performance Tracking :
    • Utilize Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and social insights to monitor campaigns.
    • Generate reports and insights for strategy improvement.
    • Track KPIs such as conversion rates, CTRs, CPC, engagement, and ROI.
