Job Summary:

The Senior Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online performance, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

SEO and SEM:

  • Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to enhance organic and paid search performance.

Content Marketing:

  • Create and manage a content marketing strategy that includes blog posts, videos, infographics, and other content types to engage and educate our target audience.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others, to increase engagement and build a loyal customer base.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive repeat purchases.

Marketplace Optimization:

  • Optimize product listings and advertising strategies on marketplaces such as Amazon and Lulu to maximize visibility and sales.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and a strong return on investment (ROI).

Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach and enhance our brand presence.

Customer Insights:

  • Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and improve the customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within an e-commerce environment.
