What You'll Be Doing

As the Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating omnichannel digital creative assets for GMG's online brands (Web, App, Brick & Mortar). This role requires high creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. You will design website layouts, digital ads, and create assets for various online and offline touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience aligned with our brand and business goals. A strong understanding of artificial intelligence is also essential.

Job Description

• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts from scratch, transforming ideas into campaign artwork for various touchpoints.
• Design and produce online assets, including banners across devices, paid ads, affiliate marketing, and social media assets. Also, create in-store touchpoints like point of sale and omnichannel digital communications.
• Translate project requirements into visually compelling designs that meet objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
• Leverage AI expertise to conceptualize and execute campaigns that harness AI technology, ensuring seamless integration of technology and creativity.
• Stay updated with the latest design and AI trends, tools, and technologies (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway Gen) to keep our design capabilities competitive and explore innovative creative strategies.

Financial Performance

• Product: Measure campaign success via CTR (Click Through Rate).
• Online: Track customer engagement through email open rates and website/app CTR.
• Creative Process: Explore new AI technologies and workflows to deliver creative assets efficiently and cost-effectively.

Team Collaboration

• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to understand brief requirements and foster a collaborative environment.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and sharing updates accordingly.
• Mentor and guide design team members to uphold high-quality standards and support their professional growth.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns.

Functional/Technical Competencies

• Ensure brand consistency across projects and platforms, implementing metrics to track alignment with brand guidelines.
• Monitor project deadlines and track completion rates.
• Develop metrics to measure creativity and promote diverse design solutions.
• Evaluate emerging design trends and technologies, ensuring proficiency in design tools and AI integration.
• Implement quality assurance metrics to assess design accuracy and client feedback.
• Participate in design training programs and apply new skills in projects.
