A leading global marketing services company is seeking a Creative Project Manager in Dubai. This role involves delivering design management and execution services, supporting clients in APAC, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. The successful candidate will have strong UI/UX design skills and experience with creative project management.
Location: Dubai (to support working hours with our client in APAC and colleagues in EMEA)
Type: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Term : 1 year fixed term contract

The Role
The objective of this role is to deliver a comprehensive Design Management + Execution service for our client in the APAC region. You will be based in Dubai, and although you will be required to work autonomously, you will be an integral part of the EMEA regional design team based in the UK. You will also be expected to establish a strong, direct relationship with the client based in Singapore.
Operationally, the role requires a 50/50 split across;
Creative Project Management, (including client liaison), and
In the Creative Project Manager role you will be the client’s primary point contact for creative requests and requirements across the APAC region. You will ensure that you have a full understanding of their strategy and project OKRs, and support them in building accurate and detailed project briefs. You will coordinate all aspects of design execution (creative assets, copy, inputs, final approvals), including close collaboration with our in-house design team based in London, to ensure successful and timely delivery of every campaign.
In the Design Execution role, you will need to fully understand our client’s brand guidelines, and ensure all design work adheres to this. You will design, localize, and adapt direct response digital banners for various APAC markets, fulfill ad-hoc creative requests, including illustrations or animations. as well as support production of videos.
You will demonstrate a passion for innovation and AI integration into creative production, and use your understanding of this area to explore credible AI / automation tools to implement in the design process.
In this position you will have an overarching view of all design projects in the APAC region, and will be trusted to ensure design consistency across all projects.
Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact for the client stakeholder. Understand their objectives and needs and implement accordingly.
End-to-end campaign creative management.
Collaborate and manage cross-functional business relationships with multiple teams to drive creative projects to meet business objectives, creative objectives, and timing within budget requirements.
Proactively anticipate and manage project complexities
Own clear and timely communication to clients and cross-functional team leads regarding project status, obstacles and priorities.
Observe and identify opportunities for team processes, tools, documentation, and asset management improvements. Support the implementation of changes to make sure the team and wider creative group are working at optimum efficiency.
Collaborate with the client and colleagues to develop creative solutions to meet the client’s needs, in line with their overall marketing strategy.
Design and development of specific projects, from design to output of media-ready artwork mainly across digital platforms.
Supporting the production of videos through;
Ingesting raw footage and audio, synchronizing, and organizing files.
Editing footage to create compelling narratives, rough cuts, and final versions.
Selecting appropriate footage, music, and ensuring logical sequencing.
Performing basic sound design, including audio clean-up and mixing.
Preparing files for review, post-production, and final delivery.
Managing footage backups and edit file organization.
Ensuring high-quality standards throughout the video and audio editing process
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Confident, clear and professional communicator.
Excellent personal organisation + time management.
Comfortable in working autonomously and being accountable.
Excellent working knowledge of UI/UX design principles and software namely; Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator + wider Adobe Suite
Detail orientated and able to conduct thorough QA/QC on work
Working knowledge of Google Workspace apps
Desirable to have HTML/CSS experience
Skilled with concepting, typography, composition including wireframing and storytelling
Proven track record of creative design
Excellent creative and technical skills in digital design and strong attention to detail essential
Interest in AI tools and how these improve creative process
Easy-going, able to multitask, deal with multiple rounds of: edits, amends, scrapping things and starting over
Flexible and can adapt to quickly changing priorities and tasks
Open to constructive criticism and can maintain a great attitude under pressure
Able to quickly pick-up a client’s brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency while creating innovative and strategic designs
Highly organised with an internal drive to continuously improve and learn new skills
Ability to excel within fast paced, high energy environments
