Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking an experienced DevOps Platform Engineer to support and extend our enterprise DevOps stack, including GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Actions, Harness CI/CD, and JFrog Artifactory.

You will define standards for repositories, pipelines, governance, and IAM, design reusable templates, onboard new repos, and automate with YAML, PowerShell, Bash, Python, Terraform or Bicep; participate in on‑call rotations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps Platform engineering, SRE, or systems engineering.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation platforms (GitHub Actions, Harness, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of artifact repositories (JFrog Artifactory, Harness Artifact Registry).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (YAML, PowerShell, Bash, Python, Terraform).
• Understanding IAM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and evolve reusable workflow and pipeline templates.
• Partner with application teams to onboard new repositories, pipelines, and automation patterns.
• Develop automation using YAML, PowerShell, Bash, Python, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Participate in an on-call rotation supporting DevOps Platform engineering services.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation platforms like GitHub Actions, Harness, or Jenkins.
• Working knowledge of artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory or Harness Artifact Registry.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using YAML, PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Terraform.
• Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven industries like insurance or financial services.
• Familiarity with audit, control, or compliance frameworks such as SOC 1 or SOC 2.
• Experience supporting GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.
