Job summary

Cercli Tech Limited is seeking a DevEx / DevOps Engineer to evolve our build, test, and deployment systems. You will design scalable pipelines, reduce cycle time, and raise security and observability across delivery workflows.

You will collaborate with engineers across the company to understand tech stack challenges and deployment requirements, improving processes to make shipping feel effortless and reliable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevEx, DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering.
• Bash scripting with one of Node/Go/Python.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Strong debugging skills across CI logs, build systems, and runtimes.
• Strong knowledge of containers (Docker) and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on with cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure) including IAM and networking.
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for microservices and Unity apps.
• Implement pipeline templates and reusable workflows to minimize duplication.
• Improve build performance via caching and parallelization.
• Improve release automation: versioning, approvals, migrations, feature flags, release notes.
• Partner with engineers to improve developer experience and preview environments.
• Build observability around pipelines and deployments (metrics, logs, alerts, dashboards).
• Support incident response for deployment and release issues.
• Continuously evaluate tools to keep the delivery stack modern and cost-effective.

We’re looking for a DevEx / DevOps Engineer to join the Infrastructure team to evolve our build, test, and deployment systems. You’ll design scalable pipelines, reduce cycle time, and raise the bar on security and observability across our delivery workflows. You’ll collaborate with engineers across the company to understand their tech stack challenges and deployment requirements and improve processes to make shipping feel effortless

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for microservices (Python / Go / Java / Kotlin / TypeScript) and Unity applications
• Implement pipeline templates and reusable workflows to minimize pipeline duplication across repos
• Improve build performance (caching, parallelization)
• Improve release automation (versioning, approvals, migrations, feature flags, release notes)
• Partner with engineers to improve developer experience (local dev parity, preview environments, PR checks, AI-driven workflows)
• Build observability around pipelines and deployments (metrics, logs, alerts, dashboards)
• Support incident response for deployment and release issues
• Continuously evaluate tools and practices to keep our delivery stack modern and cost-effective

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in DevEx, DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with scripting and automation (Bash plus one of Node, Go, or Python)
• Strong knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Strong debugging skills across CI logs, build systems, and runtime environments
• Strong knowledge of containers (Docker)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience deploying to cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), including IAM and networking
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform preferred)

Nice to Have

• Experience with monorepos and advanced build systems (Bazel, Nx, Turborepo, Pants)
• Experience administering GitHub Enterprise Server (self-hosted)
• Experience administering self-hosted JFrog Artifactory (and related JFrog tooling)
• Supply chain security (SLSA, Sigstore, provenance, signing, attestations)
• Observability tooling (Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry)
