Job summary

GSSTech Group is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and automate CI/CD pipelines across OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms. You will work on both in-house and vendor-based microservices, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable delivery of applications.

Responsibilities include building pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Helm, and ArgoCD, using OpenShift oc commands, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve deployment reliability and platform efficiency.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related roles
Strong enterprise experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes
Proven track record implementing CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Helm, and ArgoCD
Strong knowledge of OpenShift oc commands and deployment troubleshooting
Experience supporting microservices architectures and vendor-based services

Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for enterprise apps and microservices.
Work with OpenShift and Kubernetes for deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting.
Automate workflows using GitHub Actions and Jenkins pipelines.
Build and manage ArgoCD deployments and GitOps practices.
Use Helm for packaging and deployment configurations.
Troubleshoot deployment failures, pipelines, and platform incidents.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, security, and infra teams to ensure reliable delivery.
Contribute to DevOps best practices and continuous improvement.
