Job summary

GSSTech Group is hiring a DevOps Engineer to support a prestigious banking client in Dubai. The role emphasizes CI/CD pipelines, security, and scalable deployments using Jenkins, Nexus, NexusIQ, and Open Source tooling.

You will implement GitHub Actions, GitOps, ArgoCD, HelmCharts, and maintain robust logging with ELK or Splunk while ensuring high availability and reliability for critical banking applications.

Qualifications

• Must have strong DevOps experience in banking or regulated environments.
• Proficient with CI/CD tooling, pipelines as code and security practices.
• Hands-on experience with GitOps, GitHub Actions and container ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines with security-focused tooling.
• Develop GitHub Actions workflows and GitOps-based deployments.
• Operate HelmCharts and ArgoCD for reliable applications.
• Maintain logging stacks using ELK or Splunk and Groovy scripting.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate on capacity planning, resource management, and vendor relations.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to meet project goals.
