Job summary

Marc Ellis is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to drive infrastructure as code, cloud automation, and secure management in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on Azure and Terraform with Ansible orchestration across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will collaborate with development, operations, security, and architecture teams to implement scalable, reliable infrastructure and ongoing automation initiatives that improve deployment speed and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of infra/DevOps, cloud or engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on Terraform and IaC experience.
• Extensive Azure cloud services experience.
• Proficiency with Ansible for automation and config mgmt.
• Experience managing cloud and on-prem infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and maintain enterprise infrastructure using IaC.
• Automate provisioning, deployment, and config management processes.
• Develop reusable infrastructure templates with Terraform, Azure ARM, and Ansible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation strategies.
• Implement security controls, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Maintain docs, diagrams, and deployment standards.
