8+ years of experience in real estate development with a focus on large, mixed-use urban projects as well as

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Urban Planning, Architecture / Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.

Master’s Degree preferred

Extensive experience with top-tier real estate developers in the region.

Proven track record in managing complex developments from inception through to handover.

Deep understanding of development economics, contracts, design principles, authority approvals, and delivery mechanisms.

Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to model and assess returns.

Expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and external representation.

Strong communication and leadership skills with an ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Experience in the Middle East market, preferably within the UAE, with knowledge of local authority procedures

Experience in coordinating multiple parties.
