Senior Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Designer to lead and deliver innovative design solutions across various projects. Based in the UAE, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and effective designs that align with brand objectives and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
2. Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver design solutions that meet business and creative objectives.
3. Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow professionally.
4. Develop creative assets for digital, print, and social media platforms.
5. Ensure that all design work is consistent with brand identity and meets the expectations of clients and stakeholders.
6. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budget targets are met.
8. Present design concepts to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
9. Collaborate with external vendors and agencies for specialized design needs.
10. Ensure proper file management, including asset libraries and project documentation.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in graphic or visual design, with a proven portfolio of successful projects.
3. Expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch/Figma.
4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
5. Experience in digital and print media design, including web, mobile, and advertising formats.
6. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, innovative approach to design.
9. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
10. Experience working in the UAE market or with international brands is an advantage.
