Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield | Core is seeking an experienced Design Manager / Senior Design Manager for our Project & Development Services Department in Dubai. The role focuses on balancing creative design with practical implementation, leading the end-to-end design process across multiple projects, and delivering outputs that meet high quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, 7+ years in design management, and excellent stakeholder management, with proficiency in AutoCAD,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of design management experience.
• Strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing design strategies that align with project objectives.
• Managing the end-to-end design process for multiple projects.
• Creating detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Engaging with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating them into innovative design solutions.
• Leading all design disciplines to ensure coordination and delivery.
• Establishing and enforcing design quality standards through regular reviews and audits of design outputs.
• Ensuring outputs comply with industry regulations and codes.
