Job summary

DAMAC Digital is seeking senior design and engineering leaders to drive the design and delivery of high‑profile data centre developments. You will direct multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with consultants and partners, and ensure projects meet reliability, resilience, and sustainability targets across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Architecture, Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant design, engineering, or design management experience.
• Proven experience leading design activities for large-scale, technically complex projects.
• Strong technical expertise inElectrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or multidisciplinary data centre design.
• Experience managing international design consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of design management, governance, BIM, risk, value engineering, and constructability.
• Experience across concept, detailed design, tender, construction support, testing and handover.
• Strong understanding of standards, codes, sustainability, and industry best practices.
• Commercial awareness including scope management and procurement support.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical and design leadership across DAMAC Digital data centre projects.
• Lead design development from concept through handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Ensure coordination between Architecture, Structural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and other disciplines.
• Maintain high design quality, governance, and delivery standards.
• Lead design reviews, workshops, risk assessments, and value engineering.
• Resolve complex technical and design issues with stakeholders.
• Support development and improvement of design standards and guidelines.
• Drive innovation while meeting project requirements, safety and operations.
