Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field (BArch / MArch / MUrban Design).
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural concept design within an international design consultancy or developer environment.
• At least 5 years of recent experience focused on concept design, competition projects, or large-scale mixed-use developments.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality concept design projects with a strong portfolio.
• Experience across residential, hospitality, retail, commercial, cultural, and master planning projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, urban planning, sustainability, and user-centric design approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative architectural concepts, spatial strategies, and design narratives for interiors to large-scale master planning developments.
• Produce high-quality concept sketches, renders, presentations, and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent.
• Utilize Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, SketchUp, and 3ds Max to develop and present design ideas.
• Apply computational and parametric design using Grasshopper for innovative forms.
• Conduct design research, benchmarking, site analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with Senior Designers, Architects, Urban Designers, and Design Managers to strengthen outcomes.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior Design, and Infrastructure teams for integrated delivery.
• Ensure designs comply with international codes, sustainability standards, and project guidelines.
• Stay informed on global architectural trends, AI-driven tools, materials, and market expectations.
• Integrate AI-powered design tools to improve ideation, visualization, and presentation quality.
• Contribute to design reviews, workshops, and client discussions.
• Manage project timelines with attention to detail, creativity, and quality.
• Support development of innovative, commercially viable design typologies and user experiences.

The role requires a highly creative and technically skilled architect with strong conceptual thinking, visualization capabilities, and expertise in advanced design software and emerging AI‑powered architectural tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating competitive‑winning concepts, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to translate design narratives into compelling architectural solutions aligned with international standards and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative architectural concepts, spatial strategies, and design narratives for projects ranging from interiors and buildings to large‑scale master planning developments.
• Produce high‑quality concept sketches, freehand diagrams, renders, presentations, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design intent.
• Utilize advanced architectural software including Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, SketchUp, and 3ds Max to develop and present design ideas.
• Apply computational and parametric design methodologies using Grasshopper to explore innovative architectural forms and solutions.
• Conduct design research, benchmarking, site analysis, and feasibility studies to establish project requirements and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Designers, Architects, Urban Designers, and Design Managers to strengthen project outcomes and elevate design quality.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior Design, and Infrastructure consultants to ensure integrated design delivery.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant international building codes, regulations, sustainability standards, and project guidelines.
• Stay informed on global architectural trends, emerging technologies, materials, AI‑driven design tools, and evolving market expectations.
• Integrate AI‑powered design and visualization tools into the architectural workflow to improve ideation, visualization, efficiency, and presentation quality.
• Contribute actively to design reviews, workshops, presentations, and client discussions.
• Manage project timelines effectively while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and design quality.
• Support the development of innovative and commercially viable design typologies and user experiences.
