We are representing an International Design Firm currently involved in a number of exciting developments globally, particularly projects related to Mixed-Use, Hospitality, and Residential sectors.

As part of their continued growth, they are looking to expand their design team, offering opportunities to further your experience and work on fantastic projects.

Their most pressing requirement is for a Senior Design Architect in Dubai.

The role is open to candidates worldwide but requires an excellent portfolio showcasing well-presented and innovative projects.

Key Activities (but not limited to):

• Collaborating with the concept department to achieve deliverables on time and within budget.
• Assisting Lead Architects and the Design Director throughout the full design process.
• Ensuring local authority and code compliance.
• Meeting the project brief from operational and functional perspectives.
• Reviewing all drawing packages prior to issue.
• Coordinating design team meetings.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant project experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong technical and computing skills.
• Proficiency in REVIT software.
