Senior Design Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept through to schematic and detailed design stages.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and landscape consultants.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and design analysis as needed.
• Ensure all designs comply with UAE building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
• Manage design timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality control throughout the design phase.
• Participate in client and authority meetings, presenting design ideas and addressing feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends, sustainability guidelines, and design innovations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
• Experience working on commercial, residential, mixed-use, or hospitality projects is a plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple design packages in parallel.
• Solid understanding of UAE building regulations and authority approval processes.
• Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
