Job summary

Dr Nutrition LLC in Dubai, UAE is seeking a qualified Demand Planner to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across products. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Operations to align demand and supply while monitoring inventory levels and improving forecast accuracy.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–4 years of planning experience, strong Excel skills, ERP familiarity, and the ability to analyze large datasets to drive data‑driven

• Requires bachelor's degree in a related field (SCM, business, logistics, or statistics).
• 2–4 years of demand planning or supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data and trends.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Operations to align plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in preventing stockouts or overstock.
• Regularly review forecast accuracy and improve forecasting methods.
• Prepare demand planning reports and provide actionable insights.

WE ARE HIRING – DEMAND PLANNER

Location: Dubai, UAE

Department: Supply Chain / Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical sales, market trends, and business requirements.
• Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and demand patterns to identify trends and forecast future requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations teams to align demand and supply plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and help prevent overstocking or stock shortages.
• Review forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting methods.
• Prepare regular demand planning reports and provide insights to management.
• Support promotional and seasonal demand planning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and make data-driven decisions.
