Job summary

Beiersdorf in Dubai seeks an experienced Demand Planning professional to lead consensus forecasting for the assigned brand at SPGR level, balancing service levels, forecast accuracy, bias and inventory value. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of demand/supply planning in FMCG or similar.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting demand by analyzing sales data and market trends with distributors.
• Coordinating with Supply planners for on-time introductions and relaunches.
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying process improvement opportunities.
