Job summary

Intellect Design Arena Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) / Program Manager to oversee major software implementations across the Middle East, with a focus on UAE banking clients in Dubai.

In this role you will bridge delivery governance with executive relationship management, ensuring clients achieve long-term objectives while driving AI-enabled process improvements and cross-functional alignment across delivery teams and client CXOs.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Corporate Banking / Transaction Banking is required.
• Background in open-architecture, Full-stack Java/J2EE, and Cloud-Native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Management & Program Governance for multi-million dollar banking platform implementations.
• Customer Centricity & Relationship Management with CXOs in client banks; identify expansion opportunities.
• Technical & Functional Oversight with onsite Tech Leads and SMEs; understand banking integrations.
• AI & Modern Process Adoption to accelerate delivery and improve governance and reporting.
