Job summary

EDGE is seeking a Contract Manager in Abu Dhabi to drive end-to-end commercial and contractual management for complex defence contracts. You will independently draft, redline, review and negotiate terms with customers, suppliers and government entities, and prepare governance documentation.

You will quantify risks, propose practical positions, and coordinate with Legal, Finance and Program teams to secure approvals and execution.

Qualifications

• Strong contract drafting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Commercially minded and able to balance protection with objectives.
• Experience negotiating terms with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Able to manage multiple contracts and governance processes concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise and redline a broad range of contracts and NDAs.
• Lead contract negotiations with customers, government entities and partners.
• Prepare governance submissions and identify risks with mitigations.
• Maintain contract records and ensure compliance across the organisation.
