Job summary

EDGE is seeking a Contract Manager in the UAE to oversee end-to-end commercial and contractual management within the defence sector, drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex agreements with customers and suppliers. You will lead negotiations, assess risks, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Program, and Procurement to secure approvals and ensure governance.

• Ability to draft, review and redline commercial contracts.
• Identify legal, commercial, financial, operational risks.
• Provide clear commercial recommendations and negotiation positions.
• Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Program and Procurement.
• Maintain contract records and governance documentation.
• Highly organized with multiple negotiations and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise and negotiate customer/supplier contracts and NDAs.
• Assess terms for legal/financial/operational risks.
• Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Prepare governance submissions and approval packages.
• Maintain contract risk registers and reporting to management.
• Escalate material risks and recommend actions.
• Ensure proper documentation through approval and execution.
