Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) in Dubai seeks a Manager - Corporate Finance and Investment Banking to lead DCM origination, structuring, and execution for GCC clients. The role collaborates with coverage teams, Sharia and credit to deliver Islamic financing solutions.

The position requires strong financial modeling, Bloomberg proficiency, and deep understanding of Sharia guidelines to drive successful deal closings and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field is required.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA or MBA are an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of corporate finance experience in UAE/GCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the origination, structuring and execution of DCM mandates across Sovereign & Supranational, GRE, FI, and Corporate issuers.
• Prepare pitch books and information memorandums for client engagements and management presentations.
• Coordinate with Sharia department and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with Sharia requirements and internal risk policies.
• Develop market analyses using Bloomberg to build the DCM pipeline and identify prospective clients.
• Manage the investor syndication process and client communications throughout deal lifecycle.
