Job summary

ADIB in Dubai seeks a senior leader to originate, structure and execute debt capital market transactions with regional clients. You will lead client pitches, shape syndication strategy and secure lead mandates.

You will coordinate with Sharia, advisers and lawyers to close deals, supervise deal teams, ensure compliance with Sharia and regulatory policies, and build a robust deal pipeline aligned with budgeted fee revenue.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in syndications, structured finance and debt arrangement.
• Senior‑level experience managing end‑to‑end structuring and execution.
• Sophisticated understanding of LMA‑based facility documentation.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure and execute debt capital market transactions with WBG and FI clients
• Lead client pitches and syndication strategy to secure lead mandates
• Provide pricing insights and syndicate demand feedback during book build
• Lead negotiation of term sheets, mandate letters and facility documentation
• Coordinate with Sharia, advisers and lawyers to ensure timely deal closure
• Build deal pipeline in line with budget and meet fee revenue targets
• Lead and coach deal teams including junior resources
• Ensure compliance with Sharia, Central Bank and internal risk policies

Requirements

• Extensive experience in syndications, structured finance and debt arrangement
• Strong track record managing end-to-end structuring and execution at senior level
• Sophisticated understanding of LMA-based facility documentation
• Sound understanding of credit and market risk
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• At least 10 years in origination and syndication at a leading bank in the UAE or GCC

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters, MBA, CFA or CA from a reputed university
