Job summary

Schneider Electric in Dubai, UAE, seeks a System Architect - Electrical to own end-to-end electrical architecture for data center solutions, from utility input to rack-level power delivery. You will lead design, ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE/NEC, and work with KAM and segment solution architects to drive deals.

The role requires 8–14 years in datacenter electrical design, experience with UPS, distribution, grounding, and BMS/DCIM integration.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE/BTech preferred).
8–14 years in datacenter electrical design, commissioning, or presales; minimum 5 years in Data Center environments.
Experience producing SLDs, load calculations, cable schedules, equipment specifications.

Responsibilities

Design complete electrical and power distribution systems for datacenter solutions.
Lead electrical-scope technical discussions with customers; defend designs.
Submit qualifying bid designs through Principal Architect review.
Engage with EPC contractors, consultants and design institutes to promote Schneider Electric standards.
Monitor compliance with IEC/IEEE standards and Uptime Institute tiers.
Provide technical workshops with design consultants.
