Senior Data Specialist

This role is designed for individuals who thrive on solving complex problems, driving data-led strategy, and shaping how insights influence every decision. You will work closely with product, operations, engineering, and business leadership to unlock growth and enhance user experience.

What you’ll do?

• Collaborate with leadership to define and deliver data-driven strategies across pricing, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on ride-hailing operations—fleet efficiency, driver performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain forecasting models for demand-supply balancing and pricing optimization.
• Automate data collection, dashboarding, and reporting for cross-team decision support.
• Monitor key KPIs like ride completion rate, cost per ride, and driver earnings to identify improvement areas.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to enhance algorithms and user experience.
• Establish data governance best practices and improve data quality across systems.
• Serve as a data evangelist—training and supporting non-technical teams in making data-led decisions.

• Accuracy of forecasting and predictive models.
• Turnaround time for delivering insights and reports.
• Data process automation rate.
• Stakeholder satisfaction with analytics output.
• Data quality improvement and reduction of discrepancies.

Who You Are?

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Skilled in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques.
• Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of end-to-end mobility value chain.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with non-technical teams.
