You will design, deploy, and monitor advanced models, leveraging LLMs, generative AI, and RAG to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable impact.

The role requires 7+ years of DS/ML experience, strong Python + ML framework skills, and hands-on cloud experience (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 7+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning to join our growing AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and deploying production-grade machine learning solutions and hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. This role will focus on delivering scalable, data-driven solutions that solve complex business challenges and create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, optimization, automation, and decision-support applications.
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines and production-ready AI solutions.
• Apply Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering techniques to real-world business problems.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making.
• Lead model development activities, including feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Monitor and improve model performance, reliability, and scalability in production environments.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to AI/ML best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Proven experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and ML lifecycle management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production environments.
• Knowledge of vector databases and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with NLP, recommendation systems, deep learning, or other advanced AI/ML domains.
• Experience mentoring Data Scientists or leading technical initiatives.
