Advanced knowledge of Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms is required. You will mentor junior members and contribute to ML best practices across the organization.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 7+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning to join our growing AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and deploying production-grade machine learning solutions and hands‑on experience with modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. This role will focus on delivering scalable, data‑driven solutions that solve complex business challenges and create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, optimization, automation, and decision‑support applications.
• Build and maintain end‑to‑end ML pipelines and production‑ready AI solutions.
• Apply Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering techniques to real‑world business problems.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic decision‑making.
• Lead model development activities, including feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Monitor and improve model performance, reliability, and scalability in production environments.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to AI/ML best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Proven experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, experimentation, and data‑driven decision making.
• Hands‑on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit‑learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and ML lifecycle management.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying LLM‑powered applications in production environments.
• Knowledge of vector databases and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with NLP, recommendation systems, deep learning, or other advanced AI/ML domains.
• Experience mentoring Data Scientists or leading technical initiatives.
