Müller’s Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Data Management Senior Consultant to lead enterprise data governance initiatives in Dubai. You will drive strategy, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor teams across data management domains.

The role requires deep knowledge of NDMO and DAMA frameworks, strong leadership, and the ability to partner with business and IT stakeholders to advance organizational data capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data management roles, including senior consulting.
• Deep knowledge of NDMO and DAMA frameworks.
• Proven ability to implement data governance and metadata management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training capabilities.
• Experience with data management tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data management strategies using NDMO and DAMA.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide expert guidance to data management teams and stakeholders.
• Assess and improve data quality, architecture, and metadata management.
• Collaborate with business and IT to align initiatives with goals.
• Conduct data management maturity assessments and propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and standards.
• Lead training programs and workshops to build capabilities.
