Senior Data Insights & Analytics Specialist
As a Senior Data Insights & Analytics Specialist at Allianz Partners – Global Health Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Data Insights Manager to shape the company's strategic performance and decision-making by assisting with management projects and providing insights and analytics. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence by delivering meaningful, aligned data insights across AP International Health business units and entities (including Allianz Care, Nextcare, Medi-24, Mawista, and Australia). This will lead to enhanced data-driven decision-making across the organization, with insights provided proactively to inform decisions and strategy.
What you do:
- Train and mentor team members on data analysis tools and techniques such as SQL, Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Celonis.
- Lead data-driven projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in strategic planning to provide data-driven recommendations and insights.
- Monitor and track KPIs to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
- Supervise and coach the data team, guiding technical skills and professional development.
- Manage all DHA Enaya reporting and dashboard creation for all 5 Allianz Partners entities.
- Create and maintain reports aligned with documented KPIs.
- Design, create, maintain, and enhance dashboard reports and KPIs using various data intelligence tools.
- Support Global Project Manager for reporting and analytics on projects like One Health Data and IRIS.
- Understand data relationships within business processes and systems to interpret information requirements.
- Identify trends and anomalies in data and investigate/explain them.
- Translate data analysis into clear stories to support strategic decisions.
- Develop, test, and deliver both existing and ad-hoc reports.
- Maintain reporting from legacy systems, including complex reports like Claims trend & Leakage reports.
- Gather, interpret, and translate business reporting requirements into global solutions.
- Support development and implementation of strategies for aligned insights and analytics across international health.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analysis gaps and provide expert insights.
- Establish and implement global and functional performance scorecards to inform strategic models and support data science projects.
- Understand operational profitability drivers and provide meaningful recommendations to leadership.
- Champion insights and analytics within the Global Functional Expert Data Committee to foster interdepartmental collaboration.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and presentations for leadership, focusing on financial and non-financial KPIs and business drivers.
- Establish and promote best practices for insights and analytics organization-wide.
- Monitor and optimize reporting solutions for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to foster innovation.
- May need to visit and work closely with Allianz Partners' Global Health Operating Entities for project execution.
- Aim to provide insights that give the company a competitive advantage through collaboration across teams.
- Summarize data into decision-making insights for senior leadership and executive management.

- Medical background is required.
- Experience in Fraud Waste and Abuse analysis is required.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
