Star Services in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior data analytics / IT transformation leader with 10+ years in IT and Digital Transformation. You will assist the Group Head in DX needs analysis, design and maintain scalable data pipelines, integrate data across systems, and govern data quality and security.
The role manages data warehouses and data lakes, defines tools and processes, and collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions while ensuring on-time, on-budget DX
Qualifications
- Master's in Data Analytics or related field; strong analytical skills.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives across IT landscape.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Group Head in digital transformation need analysis.
- Develop and deliver data engineering solutions supporting DX strategy.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for large volumes.
- Implement and optimize ETL processes ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Define data tools, technologies, and governance processes.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
