Job summary

Star Services in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior data analytics / IT transformation leader with 10+ years in IT and Digital Transformation. You will assist the Group Head in DX needs analysis, design and maintain scalable data pipelines, integrate data across systems, and govern data quality and security.

The role manages data warehouses and data lakes, defines tools and processes, and collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions while ensuring on-time, on-budget DX

Qualifications

• Master's in Data Analytics or related field; strong analytical skills.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives across IT landscape.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• * Assist the Group Head in conducting digital transformation need analysis to address evolving business and operational requirements.
• * Develop and deliver data engineering solutions that directly support the organization's Digital Transformation (DX) strategy and objectives.
• * Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines handling large data volumes from plant operations and enterprise systems.
• * Implement and continuously optimize ETL processes to ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and consistency across platforms.
• * Support the establishment of a structured enterprise data foundation by defining appropriate tools, technologies, and data management processes.
• * Integrate and manage data across multiple digital systems to remove data silos and enable analytics, reporting, and informed decision‑making.
• * Manage and support data warehouses and data lakes to facilitate business intelligence, reporting, and advanced analytics initiatives.
• * Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical specifications for data infrastructure and digital solutions.
• * Establish data governance standards to manage data access, security, quality, and regulatory compliance across enterprise data platforms.
• * Collaborate closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver technical data solutions aligned with cross‑functional application needs.
• * Support DX project execution by preparing technical specifications and defining data requirements for vendor evaluation and selection.
• * Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen IT and digital transformation capabilities using industry best practices and standards.
• * Promote a data‑driven and digital‑first culture by supporting change initiatives and enabling reliable access to enterprise data assets.
