Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr Data Analyst to deepen understanding of customer service performance. The role collaborates with contact center operations, operational programs, and partners to analyze data and deliver insights that improve customer experience.

You will develop data-driven insights, lead analytics projects, experiments, and continuous improvement initiatives, and communicate recommendations clearly to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• More than 5 years of experience in Analytics or BI.
• Ability to translate technical aspects of analysis into actionable insights.
• Excellent data driven storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of advanced statistical techniques and model building.
• Ability to create interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights.
• Create and deliver compelling dashboards with visualization and documentation of insights.
• Present complex analyses succinctly to C-suite level stakeholders.
• Advanced SQL to write complex queries across multiple tables and joins.

• Understand data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
