Brief Job Description

We are seeking experienced Data Analysts to join our Business Intelligence (BI) team. The ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise in data analysis and BI reporting, combined with a solid understanding of banking operations. You will play a key role in supporting ongoing projects and delivering actionable insights through advanced reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Work with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support BI initiatives and ongoing projects.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with banking standards.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5–7 years in data analysis and BI reporting.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in SQL (must-have).
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI.
• Domain Knowledge: Banking industry experience (good to have).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
