Job description

The team of experts providing analytical services to healthcare clients is looking for a great, long-term Senior Data Analyst.

You will join an international team of first-class professionals who are passionate about creating products that improve the quality of medical services.

As a Senior Data Analyst you will have to:

1. Build analytical pipelines and dashboards from idea to product;
2. Interact with business and explain results of your analysis;
3. Provide ad-hoc research;
4. Help with development of internal analytical platform;
5. Be proactive and propose new ideas of analytical services.

Requirements:

1. At least 4 years of experience of working as a data analyst / Python developer;
2. Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making;
3. Strong Python proficiency for data manipulation, analysis, and task automation. Beyond basic scripting, the candidate should have a grasp of object-oriented programming, including the ability to write classes, design and build modular, scalable solutions that extend beyond simple function writing;
4. SQL expertise, including the ability to write complex queries, optimize performance (indexing, query tuning), and understand schema design, normalization, and relational data models;
5. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
6. Good communication skills to interact with business and technical teams;
7. Excellent data visualization and presentation skills;
8. Experience with Google Cloud;
9. Experience with deployment of microservices;
10. Intermediate+ English (at least written communications);
