CoreAxis is seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to drive full-cycle ERP implementations in the MENA region. You will work with clients to map business processes, configure modules, and lead go-lives with mentoring across teams.

You will conduct workshops, prepare functional designs, and oversee data migration, integrations, and UAT. English required, Arabic a plus; MB certifications preferred. Hybrid offices in Dubai area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience.

We are looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to drive full-cycle ERP implementations. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure and customize D365 F&O modules, and ensure successful go-lives. This role involves leading workshops, preparing functional design documents, and mentoring junior consultants across the MENA region.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
• Conduct business-process workshops and translate requirements into functional design documents.
• Configure and customize Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules to meet client needs.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies, including mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, custom extensions, and ISV solutions.
• Prepare and deliver user-acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and training materials.
• Mentor junior consultants, conduct code/config reviews, and uphold delivery standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, managing expectations and escalations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012).
• Strong knowledge of at least two modules: Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Manufacturing.
• Experience with data migration tools (DIXF/DMF), Power Platform, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Proven ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive consensus.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-330) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
