Job summary

IHS Towers is seeking a Senior Specialist D365 Developer to design, develop, and maintain D365 F&O solutions across global locations. You will work with functional/technical consultants, business stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver robust and optimized systems.

The role requires expert knowledge of D365 F&O, finance and supply chain processes, and strong collaboration across diverse teams. Remote work is not offered; on-site in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
• 8–10 years of D365 F&O implementation and technical configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design configuration and tailoring of full cycle D365 F&O implementations in new/expanded markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design automated processes and data-driven initiatives.
• Provide technical insights on finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, HR in D365 F&O.
• Define requirements for system modifications, enhancements, and integrations.
• Own D365 LCS development and technical project platform.
• Manage OEM relationship for licensing, cloud resources, and Power Platform.
• Support SOX and IT governance frameworks.
