Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Senior D365 Functional Consultant to drive end-to-end Dynamics 365 projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment. You will collaborate with stakeholders to tailor ERP modules to business processes and ensure successful UAT and rollout across client environments.

The role requires 10+ years in the field with MB-310/MB-330 certifications and hands-on experience delivering multiple implementations and support engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Supply chain management certifications: MB-310, MB-330.
• Customer relationship management certifications: MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240.
• 10+ years experience.
• Must have 3, 4 implementation project and 3, 4 Support project experience.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analysis and Design: Analyze business processes and design solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Solution Configuration: Configure Dynamics modules to align with processes.
• Functional Specifications: Develop detailed functional specs and use cases.
• Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and support UAT.
• Implementation Support: Assist in deployment, data migration, and training.
• Documentation: Prepare documentation and user guides.
• Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Dynamics features and best practices.
• Project Management: Support planning, timelines, and resource allocation.
