Job summary

TALENTMATE in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Manager of Cyber Security to lead the enterprise security strategy across on-prem and cloud environments, including Oracle, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and databases. You will direct a security team and partner with IT to embed security in architecture.

The role requires CISSP/CISM/CISA/CCSP or equivalent, strong incident response, IAM, zero-trust, and regulatory compliance experience. Fluent English and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in cyber security or IT with advanced certifications.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, CCSP.
• Cloud security certifications in AWS, Azure, Oracle.
• CKS is a plus.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cyber security strategy, governance, and risk management.
• Oversee SOC, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
• Maintain IAM and zero-trust practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR/HIPAA as applicable).
• Manage budgets and third-party security risk.
