The role
As a Senior Customer Success Associate, you will onboard and train restaurant teams on qlub, manage client accounts, analyze data for operational improvements, collaborate with the product team to enhance qlub, implement process improvements, and upsell additional products to existing clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Onboarding restaurants on our platform (in-person and virtually), training their teams, and ensuring they derive value from qlub;
- Managing account relationships and fostering growth;
- Analyzing data to identify insights and improve operations;
- Working with the product team to improve qlub and influence the product roadmap;
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements;
- Upselling and cross-selling qlub products to existing clients.
What are we looking for?
- A relevant business degree;
- Fluency in English and Arabic;
- Up to 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role;
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for on-site visits;
- An entrepreneurial spirit, ownership mindset, and willingness to work hands-on during peak service hours;
- Experience in hospitality management roles;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets;
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills;
- A result-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities;
