Job summary

NexaFlex in Umm Al Quwain, UAE, seeks a proactive front-office and sales-support professional to manage customer contact, process enquiries, and back-office sales tasks. You will greet visitors, route questions, log interactions in CRM, and support the field sales team to build demand.

You will prepare quotations, track orders, coordinate with production, and keep customers informed on status, delivery, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in customer service or sales coordination.
• Experience with order-to-delivery processes and quotations.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Answer all inquiries promptly across calls, emails, website, and walk-ins.
• Log every enquiry in CRM with source and requirements.
• Route questions and follow up until resolved.
• Provide appointments for field team calendars.
• Prepare and issue quotations and track to order status.
• Maintain pipeline reports and assist with samples, artwork, and follow-ups.
• Log orders, coordinate with Production Planning, and update customers.
• Handle complaints and follow up investigations.
• Assist with accounts receivable by following up on overdue invoices.
• Welcome visitors and enforce plant protocols.
• Maintain records for audits and sales reviews.
